Helping people build healthier relationships with themselves.
Mindset, behavioural, and recovery-focused coaching for lasting change, combining neuroscience, lived experience, and compassionate support.
"Use whatever gift you have received to serve others." — 1 Peter 4:10
"Lasting change comes from embodied understanding, not just intellectual insight."
Why lasting change feels so difficult.
Most of us don't struggle because we lack motivation or discipline.
We struggle because our brains repeat the behaviours they've learned to associate with safety, certainty or reward.
Change becomes possible when we understand those patterns, and give the brain evidence that a different future is possible.
You know what to do, but can't consistently execute it.
You recognise a pattern, but keep repeating it.
You've moved beyond an old way, but don't know what replaces it.
You have a vision for where you want to be, but feel stuck between where you are and how to get there.
These experiences are valid, and they're not a reflection of weakness or lack of willpower. They're signals worth understanding.
Where science meets lived experience.
This work combines neuroscience-informed behavioural change, emotional regulation, nervous system awareness, and mindset coaching to create a framework that supports lasting, sustainable transformation.
Whether you're navigating perfectionism, food-related behaviours or performance pressure, or you know you're capable of more but keep getting in your own way, the work is about understanding what is holding you back, shifting the patterns keeping you there, and building evidence to move forward.

Science. Experience. Compassion.
Louise Lycenko is a mindset and behavioural coach who brings together scientific knowledge, professional experience and a deeply personal understanding of recovery. Having navigated and fully recovered from an eating disorder herself, she understands both the complexity of change and what it takes to build a life beyond it.
Drawing on her background in biomedical science, the medical device industry, competitive bodybuilding and neuroscience-informed coaching, Louise brings both credibility and compassion to every session.
What Clients Are Saying
"My favourite part of results coaching was the intention card and values linking. I have incorporated it into my work and I have loved the hard work it took to get to my goals. Most people are in their own way. This course will help you remove that obstacle."

Mindset & Behavioural Coaching
"It gave me the confidence to back myself and take action on the things that really matter to me. Lou helped me realise at my core, what my core beliefs are, what fills my cup and then what came of the program was a pathway that I took action on, rather than overthinking. Lou creates such a supportive, encouraging environment where you feel challenged but never judged. It's one of the best investments I've made in myself. I had all of this inside, Lou just helped unlock it."

Mindset & Behavioural Coaching
"I've been a competitive dancer since I was young and developed a lot of unhealthy thoughts around food and my body. I honestly felt stuck and thought I'd probably have those thoughts forever. Lou's lived experience made me feel understood straight away. She explained the biological reasons behind why I kept repeating the same patterns, which was something no one had ever explained to me before. Her compassionate approach helped me feel safe, and over time I started believing I could think differently too. I learnt so much and finally felt like change was actually possible."
